When it comes to prescription-specific receipts, we need to refer you to a local pharmacy, as they can print out the documentation directly for you. Unfortunately, we are not able to see which specific case or purchase your request refers to.
You should also be able to view the information yourself through the Swedish e‑Health Agency’s service Läkemedelskollen at lakemedelskollen.se – under “Djur” and then “Dokument”.

Still haven't received my order - Unverified delivery and zero solution
I am writing this to highlight a recurring issue with unverified deliveries. My order (P222278735) was marked as "delivered" by Early Bird, but it never arrived. The carrier has admitted they have no photo or signature proof.
I have already contacted customer service and my case number is APO202641254. I am still waiting for a concrete solution regarding a resend or refund. It is disappointing to experience such a lack of transparency when ordering essential health products. I hope this can be resolved quickly.

Quick and easy

If I could give 0 stars I would. A delivery failed to arrive - it took 7 days instead of the promised 1-3 for products I needed prior to a hospital visit. They were eventually returned and I haven't had a refund in spite of chasing. Will never use them again. Try their competition - fast, reliable service that I expected!

Collecting order without verification
I had an negative experience trying to pick up my order. The pharmacy required verification, but the delivery company Instabox only offers verification through BankID. As a foreigner without BankID or a Swedish personal number, I had a lot of trouble collecting something as simple as vitamins. It would be great if the pharmacy and Instabox could provide an alternative solution for people who don’t have BankID or personnummer, so that everyone can access their orders more easily.

Package never delivered – no real help from Apoteket
I have always been a loyal customer to Apoteket, but after this experience I am extremely disappointed. My order (a very small package that should have fit in the mailbox) was marked as delivered by Early Bird, but nothing was ever delivered.
I immediately checked my mailbox the same morning – empty. All delivery details were correct, and I’ve ordered from Apoteket several times before using PostNord without any issues. When I contacted customer service, they simply repeated that the courier claims it was delivered, without offering any real help.
Afterwards I read several reviews from other customers with the exact same problem with Early Bird: packages marked as delivered but never received. It is very frustrating that Apoteket continues to use such an unreliable courier, leaving customers to lose both time, money, and vouchers.
Sadly, I will consider ordering from other pharmacies in the future.
