worst customer service!

ordered product 24/11. contacted them next day before any despatch notifications to say I had changed my mind. was advised order couldn't be cancelled, but I could refuse the delivery. delivery consequently refused 27/11, tracking shows returned to sender 04/12. phone lines switched off at this time to "serve customers better", emails all unanswered, live chats say they will chase refund, and here we are 22/12 still no sign of refund, or any response at all.

the true test of customer service is what happens why things go wrong. In this case, Octopus Money, and in particular, Grace Orome, were fantastic. they persevered to resolve an issue that they didn't cause, and kept me updated throughout. Thank you!

Awful service, despite constant calls to the service dept, it took 6 weeks to carry out investigative work to our vehicle costing around £300. We declined to proceed with the proposed work and vehicle was returned to us with electrics/battery disconnected and various components left loose in vehicle. We have used this dealer for servicing this vehicle from new 3 years ago, but will not be back.

I heard about Glasses Direct on Money Saving Expert website some time ago and when I knew my existing glasses weren't doing the job, I went back to MSE to get your details. My mum had just had her eyes re-tested after a gap of around 5 years and she bought new glasses at around £500, so I was aware of how much I could spend on the high street.

My biggest concern initially was being able to walk away from the opticians (I live in Scotland where all eye tests are free) with my prescription. It wasn't a problem at all, so armed with an up to date prescription I spent some time choosing new glasses on your website. It was so straightforward and easy to use. I liked the idea of taking pairs on test too, although on this occasion I didn't use this service. I received emails advising me of the status of my order, and my glasses arrived by post a few days later; what a pleasant surprise! I I'm delighted with the glasses, the service and of course the cost. I will be recommending you without hesitation to friends and family who use glasses ... maybe even my mum will be convinced next time!
