Easy no fuss clear communication straight forward process.

We rented the van to explore more charming spots, and it far exceeded our expectations.
From the complete equipment installed in the vehicle to the excellent service from Joe.
The van has everything you need to explore and live comfortably.
Joe also offered us confidence and flexibility both when picking up and returning the van.
We will definitely rent it again;

Very helpful and friendly owners, simple pick up / drop off. Superb, well kept vehicle.
Needed to speak to someone from Goboony, this proved to be impossible despite 19 phone calls and three voice mail messages requesting urgent call back. Just don’t bother wasting your time.

Incredibly stressful and experience hiring a van from them
I had a van cancelled at the last minute (their fault) so I had to find another quickly
The one I booked turned out to have extortionate insurance involved which the listing had not made clear. Tried to cancel but impossible to get hold of Goobony so was stuck with it.
Nightmare. Cost me £40 a day just for the insurance.l because I couldn’t use the insurer that the listing stated I could.
Then at the end the owner charged me for a slight chip in paintwork caused by some specific issue re: closing the back door that I hadn’t been aware of plus the loss of a protector mat for the door that was unneccessary and impractical as it kept falling off

Had a great weekend with camper van Katie went through all info needed making everything easy can’t wait to go again thanks to everyone who helped 👍

So easy .... choose the vehicle from the information and photos and location to pick up - and then just wait for confirmation and contact from the owner.
Prompt and efficient. :o)

The Company is dishonest , do not book via this site if you might run into problems as they are only after what they can make off you !! You are warned

Booked a campervan through this site, payment taken, no response to any messages from either the person who apparently rents the campervan or goboony. Tried multiple ways of contacting, email, contact form, phone, no response. Total scam. Avoid using.

I find everything about Goboony easy to use.
