Appalling service
A refund from Selfridges paid to PayPal but not passed on for MONTHS to my Amex. Truly appalling service. All proof of refund transfer lodged. Would not get or expect this appalling service from any bank or credit card. The various uk financial services authorities should investigate this company.

Superb cakes
Superb cakes - the best! Delivery also excellent. Thank you all at Kipferl - we ordered the cakes and the Kipferl delivery gave us v v happy guests….and we as the hosts were delighted AND also much enjoyed the cakes!

Appalling service
I have an outstanding refund from a store - the trail is shop-Paypal-Amex. After a slow reaction by the shop - I contacted Amex who were v helpful - saying PayPal is a key party. The shop agreed the refund with many apologies and I need to withdraw the dispute from both PayPal and Amex which I promptly did. PayPal said they still await Amex. Amex confirmed they had communicated with PayPal but PayPal said they are still awaiting Amex . And these things can take up to 80 days. I will NEVER use PayPal again.

I was sent the incorrect item and made to feel it was my fault by seller!
I was sent the incorrect item by a seller - what happened subsequently prompted me to report the Shop but the Etsy promised link did not exist! This is not good because it disadvantages the good sellers.

Happy outcome - missing item NOT the fault of Julian Charles but if the courier
Happy to report Julian Charles home established my missing item was delivered to the wrong address (a completely unknown address!) and has v kindly agreed to send replacements fir my missing item - nb the quality of the items received is superb and the service on the missing item excellent - 5 stars no complaints highly recommended!
