Terrible service! Ordered one radiator and valves. Message to say delivery of 2 items next day. Valve arrived, but no radiator. Phoned and was told a new one would be delivered in 3/4 days. Arrived as expected. Plumber opened box and radiator was painted over rust on one side. Installed with that side against wall. But valve was damaged and so plumber provided one at extra cost. Don’t buy from this bunch of amateurs!
Sent photos of poorly cast valve today, waiting for a reply! 29th Oct 25

Perfectly adequate mobile reception. Three is not always the best network in an area so using Three has it’s disadvantages.

Easy access and one of the best investments that I had found for me. Still not as good as many ISA’s however.

Sykes also make it clear how much they charge as a booking fee.

Great product amazing price. Let down by expecting Royal Mail 48 to be a tracked delivery service.

"Our second holiday in this house in Bradford" It is just perfect, enclosed garden and beautiful countryside so close. A dog walkers paradise. This house is a home from home. Everything anyone could wish for! And we were so lucky with coinciding our week with Britain's hottest days for years. The house was spotless. Only criticism was a complicated tv system and a cooker with worn away dials. But who wants to cook and watch tv when rural England is on your doorstep!

Used confused.com to get home insurance. Tesco Insurance now taken over by Barclays and tripled my premium at renewal. Policy Expert gave best quote and included far more ‘extras’ than Tesco/Barclays at less than half the price!!

Easy to use and a no brainer for busy people

Needed to change my booking due to Hospital appointment, The lady made it easy and was very helpful in checking out all possible ferry crossings with Pet available cabins. Much quicker than on-line.

Total nightmare! I’m in the eu and had a message to say I had a voicemail. No pin had been set to use this service abroad. Tried to set it up, but your service kept saying I had not used enough numbers. It took over half an hour.
A day later trued to get to voicemail with pin set up on 8/10/23 it said pin was not 4 didgets. Set it up again *6 and told it must be 4 didgets!! Gave up

Good web page and easy to complete the necessary parts

Very quick service, ordered at 19.45 on Thursday. Arrived 12.30 Friday. Amazing. Best price and delivery was given an hour slot too, so no waiting in all day. 5* service

Very slow in appraising applications. And are not available on their chat service to answer queries. Once my application was accepted then they were very quick to accept my money. Let’s hope they overcome the problems. Tandem give a similar service and are ver very efficient indeed. Time will tell.

My policies were for a new car with a cherished number plate which I will buy in September, so automatic number plate id didn't work. Also Date of start of policy reverted to date of application. Easy to rectify since they are a friendly, understanding bunch of guys. All well and pleased with result. Hope I never have to use either policy, but who knows!!
