I needed to have the original unit changed after 12 years due to recent repeated false alarms. The unit could not be repaired due to its age. However, I was given a discount off the normal price , which was fair enough.

I would have given 5 stars but the engineer used dirty gloves when using my hosepipe so I had to clean and sterilise it before I could put it away.

I think Wype is a great product and certainly far better than just using dry toilet paper or those wipes in packets.

Ordered my spikey balls at 3.30 pm and were delivered next morning with standard delivery. Brilliant!
The balls are just what I needed for my back problem. They are firm rubber but with some give in them, unlike all the others that I saw on the Internet, which were apparently very hard plastic.

Reasonable price to insure and an easy process to pay online. I’ve been with Comfort for 14 years and have always been happy with the price and ease of dealing with them on the phone when necessary.

I attempted to switch to Octopus online and everything was going smoothly until at the end there was an error which meant I had to phone them.
Fortunately, Callum dealt with my switch efficiently on the phone and everything was fine. I would give my telephone experience 5 stars.

I phoned to renew my subscription and spoke to Ady, who told me about the various options available. I renewed for 3 years including a warranty, which is what I had previously. My only criticism is that the subscription cost has increased such a lot since 3 years ago and could do with being less expensive.

I’ve had my Pure for over 6 years and have been quite happy with it. It occasionally doesn’t show the correct speed limit but otherwise it lets me know where all the fixed cameras are and where mobile vans may be.

I purchased a 1 kg bag of Inulin at a great price and it was delivered within a couple of days.

The 2 man team delivered my treadmill from Fitness Superstore in the 2 hour window given the previous evening. I had arranged a delivery to an upstairs bedroom but as soon as they arrived they said they wouldn’t take it upstairs and so left it in the lounge, despite my request. My wife and I are 71 and so we were not able to carry a 70kg box.
Following an email and phone call to Fitness Superstore another 2 men came a few days later (1.5 hours early, although they did phone) and very kindly took the treadmill upstairs without difficulty.
However, they said that they are not normally allowed to take a treadmill upstairs but would do it for us as a favour on this occasion.
I’m informed by FS that the courier is meant to deliver to a room of choice, even to take a treadmill upstairs so they are trying to resolve this situation with Panther.
I would have given the first team 2 stars but 5 stars for the second team.

I have nothing but praise for the way I was dealt with by Specialist Property Lawyers during the sale of my father’s house after he passed away. Most of my contact was with Alisha, who was extremely efficient and very prompt in communicating with me ( I once received a reply to an email in 2 minutes!). When Alisha was not at work, her colleague Lorraine dealt with me just as well, so I was not kept waiting for things to be done in a timely manner.
The fees charged were as in their quotation, and I found them to be competitive and reasonable, especially considering the service provided.
I would certainly highly recommend SPL and would be more than happy to use them again should the need arise.

Stayed at Villa Ria near Javea. Nice quaint traditional style Spanish villa. Lovely heated pool, pool table and table tennis with a gas BBQ. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Comfortable sofas in lounge. Quiet location but a little traffic noise at the back, although not enough to worry us. Towels changed mid week. Very clean. A very nice place and would go back again.
