Overall service, good product.

perfect quality, soft, good looking flats, original design, and quick delivery

The quality of these is outstanding, I thought at first too tight for a size nine, so wore them for a few days around the house. The a full day in them for a wedding and they were very comfortable, and did draw some shoe envy from other guests, of course I told them where I got them. Super happy with them, the care to include a shoe bag, shoe horn, and a box that is almost to good to throw away.

So comfortable, thought I had slippers on all day 😂

Quality of shoes are good. The sizing however is way off! I've been a size 10 for longer than I care to remember, the 10 I received were definitely not a standard size 10, I could barely get them on nevermind tie the laces or even attempt to walk in them. I now have the arduous task of their returns and refund process at my own cost which I am not happy about at all! Buy with caution and I'd advise ordering at least one size above your needs.

My only downside was paying to return as it cost me £15 which was a bit annoying and having to print out the returns form and fill it in myself.

Other than that I'm sad they didn't fit because they were genuinely amazing shoes, I went elsewhere and spent more than twice as much for my wedding shoes and although my shoes were amazing the whole package wasn't the same, my shoes her

Fantastic pair of shoes, exactly as advertised, look really smart and well made.

Great shoes well made plus love the blue sole. Please do them as a boot as well.

On the chat they answer before to buy but when you want return your product, nobody answer or the à lot of times.
And the second point you have to pay to return if the size is not ok. (Difficult because there is not real Shop to try it).
And to finish the Said you can choose your size or more And finally the shoes are too big...

The shoes were lovely. Very comfortable and lightweight. Well made, soft leather. Unfortunately, I had to send them back as they were slightly too small. The refund process was simple too

So, to start, the service was generally great. There was a slight delay in the shoes being sent out which was not immediately communicated, but there were no issues afterwards, and Nicole was very helpful with her prompt replies. I had to return the shoes, and the refund was processed very quickly and efficiently.

The reason for losing stars is that the shoes were just totally the wrong size. They looked and felt great, and I'd intentionally gone a size up (got a 12, usually an 11 or so) but I had to squeeze my foot in them, and they were very uncomfortable. I'd seen other reviews which said the shoes were a true fit, but these were sadly no good at all. They were returned the next day (and using RM signed for it was almost £15, almost 20% of the shoes' value!) and I enquired about getting a larger size (again, Nicole was very quick!) but there were no 13s or 14s due in, which was a real pity, as they really were great looking shoes.

Arrived on time. Quality is good. Decent value for money.
