When my motorhome windscreen was badly damaged by a large stone my insurance company put me through to another windscreen company. They said they would try to source a replacement but after 24 hours I had not heard back from them so I tried Autoglass. I was put through to their specialist team and as it was late afternoon I was told they would do their best to source one from France as there were none in the UK. I was contacted by 8.30 the next morning to say they had obtained permission from my insurance company to go ahead and would order one for me. I was very happy with the quick response.
Once the windscreen had arrived I was offered an appointment to have it fitted at my home within a few days. The fitters were very professional and did an excellent job.

I initially spoke to someone at WFD and ordered samples of Osmo products suitable for treating my grandson's pine bunk bed. I subsequently ordered a 750 ml Osmo Wood Wax finish Intensive Matt White which was delivered the next day.
I was very happy with the service I received and the Osmo Intensive gave the finish I wanted. 2 coats were applied using the Osmo pads which I ordered and I only required half of the tin. The finish was a satin sheen showing the grain of the wood and perhaps not as opaque as I expected, but perfectly suitable.

I have used WFD before for other products and will continue to do so.

I ordered at lunchtime and received my delivery the next day, even though I didn’t pay for next day delivery. That’s good service!

Sent off for several samples of Osmo wood treatments and received promptly. Good to try prior to buying a tin as there are various finishes available. I will order a tin when I’ve had a chance to try the samples.

A great way to buy a new car. I received 5 offers within 24 hours and received a discount via Carwow that my local dealer would not even attempt to match. I communicated with my chosen dealer by messages until I was ready to buy and then made an appointment to go to see him to finalise the deal. It was all very straightforward and I didn’t have to haggle over the price, which made the buying process less stressful than I’m used to.
I would certainly recommend Carwow and will be using them again in the future.

Please read the other 1 star reviews for similar bad experiences to mine. Loads of people are saying the same thing about being charged £25 without authorisation. In my opinion, this company is misleading people into paying £25 for something they did not want.

They also charged me £4.83 for using my credit card for a £100 return fare without offering any other method of payment and without warning me first what the charge would be.......I think that charge is excessive and should be explained before you pay.

I initially gave them a 5 star review for the taxi service, which was on time on both parts of the journey, but now that I've also discovered that they have taken £25 from my account without authorisation I wouldn't give them even 1 star. They had no authorisation to take the £25 and I then discovered that they intended to take it every 6 months.
I've tried to get them to refund the supposed rewards subscription fee but I don't hold out much hope based on other reviews.
I got caught because I accepted a £5 discount for booking online, but then ended up paying the £25.
They subscribed me to a rewards voucher scheme and took £25 from my account a week later. I would advise anyone using this site to very carefully read the small print and all the terms and conditions before making a booking as it is very easy to find yourself agreeing to join the rewards scheme and end up paying £25 every 6 months.
I have informed my bank and they are refunding me and putting a stop on any future transactions. I was told not to cancel my credit card as Taxicode could just take the money from a new card.

My advice is to be very wary of using this company and don't agree to any online discount unless you are prepared to sign up for the rewards scheme at £25 every 6 months.

All the car park prices are visible and it was easy to choose and book the one I wanted.
