Ordered 4 MeshCore devices. FedEx confused me but Erica at Elecrow customer support tracked the items for me and they arrived as scheduled. Great service and I’ll be ordering some more.

They just won’t deliver to me. Several deliveries now have just been marked as “delivered” but with no photo and a made-up recipient name. This happens in the early morning, so they are obviously just looking at the address and deciding not to bother.

They don’t answer the phone. Incredibly hard to deal with.

Always reliable. Good products, shipped fast and packaged properly. My go-to supplier for tactical and outdoor gear.

Great products that have helped 4 of our dogs. I’ve found nutracoat in particular to be very good. One small gripe is that products now arrive in an envelope rather than a box. The fragile product boxes inside of course get squashed to oblivion and so the boxes are pretty much useless for storage in my cupboard. However, that’s a minor issue for an otherwise comprehensively good company.

Great products, thoughtfully packaged. Amazon is faster delivery of their products, but I would much rather buy direct and wait.

The shopping experience was great - until after I checked out and was presented with some very low-end spammy looking ads. This doesn’t fit Frasers brand at all and it has negatively impacted my opinion of them.

Sent me a tyre inflator that was scratched and dirty. Obviously USED. Do not trust this company!

Order delivered to the wrong address by DPD. Currys helpline is useless and an automated voice recommended I contact the courier - however title has not passed to me as the item was not delivered. So Currys are responsible for this problem. Anyway, DPD are just as impossible to contact as Currys. Avoid and just buy from Amazon.

Advertised a product as “in stock” when it is not. I then had to initiate a refund which of course could take 7 days. It’s illegal in the UK to advertise a product as “in stock” when it’s not, the website should clearly indicate that an item is delayed or on back order.

I dropped into the shop to exchange my new ID-52 as there was a manufacturing fault. I had no problems at all exchanging it and on top of that everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed looking around the shop too - I think when you buy most things online you do lose some of the fun in nosing around a real shop. Looking forward to my next visit.

A friend recommended me to Coffee Bean Shop and I was immediately impressed with the speed of dispatch. When the beans arrived it was a lovely detail to have a handwritten note welcoming me as a new customer. I thought: “This is great - I hope the coffee lives up to the rest of the experience”. I needn’t have worried. The coffee is awesome and I ordered more the same day. What a find! Thank you for those little details. People who care notice people who care.

In particular, when I ordered an item that I knew was out of stock and on back order, Tactree kept in touch to keep me updated on when stock was expected. Because of this great service, I have a lot of confidence in them and have no hesitation in recommending Tactree as a supplier.

I had a minor but annoying problem with an order and was pleasantly surprised when my issue was fixed almost immediately. This gives me confidence to buy again. Good service indeed.
