Same story here. Just like everyone else, I’m a long-term user who is fighting to get domains transferred from a company who is unresponsive uncaring and apparently, grossly incompetent. What a giant mess.

I’ve bought a few items now from Heinnie and they are consistently great. I’m constantly amazed at how quickly they dispatch orders. Most importantly though, they are a dying breed: a knowledgable specialist. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Love them. I've been buying from them for years and they have always been super-speedy with excellent quality coffee. Always looking to do the right thing by growers too, which is great. Highly recommended.

This was my first order and I was very impressed. I ordered in the afternoon and my lenses were here the next day - and at roughly half the price of my previous supplier. No prescription hassle either. Brilliant.

I was very impressed with the speed of dispatch of my order. I ordered a large tent and some accessories on a weekday afternoon and paid for next day delivery. I thought I'd probably be too late for same-day dispatch but camping world did indeed manage to get my order out and it was delivered the following morning.

In addition all was present and correct. All new from the factory and sealed (my pet hate is ordering things from Amazon and receiving items that have been opened by other customers).

If use camping world again in a heartbeat, which apparently, is how long it takes them to process an order.

Let me save you a lot of wasted time, money and frustration:

You'll pay extra specifically for a Saturday delivery.

You'll check the Parcelforce website, which will dutifully say that your parcel has been loaded on to a van for delivery.

Because of this, you will have confidence that the delivery is coming and you will wait around ALL DAY.

The delivery will not arrive.

You will then have to take a day off in the vain hope that your delivery might arrive, costing you a lot of the aforementioned money.

Do yourself a favour: Buy somewhere else, or fetch it yourself.

I've used good print now on maybe half a dozen occasions. Each time, the order has arrived promptly and without any hassle. In fact, I give them a lot of points for simply having a website that works properly - you can even order your stationery on an ipad. It's surprising how many businesses can't manage this fundamental thing. So, full marks for Goodprint, it's the only place I look for business stationery now.

Charged me $150 for international shipping, then sent the item by standard post. Ignored several emails. Provided no international tracking information. Considering they seem to court UK business by advertising their products with British pricing, their actual service is appalling.
