The 3 men successfully negotiated a difficult side passage for new freezer and old one for return. Leader of the 3 was friendly, the other 2 not so. At first they would not take the packaging away; I had paid £10 for this. They did take the largest packaging on persuasion, hence the 4- rather than 5-star rating.

What worked well was the successful integration with Go Assist who found a service company which was able to deal with our specific problem, proposing a service engineer's visit. This should be completed when the service company comes to fit a new unit, including modifying the work top.

Very pleased with the bike. My only problem is that the CD referred to in the manual was missing.

My first purchase from electricshop.com - disappointed to have been billed when they do not know when they will be able to deliver. I understand they have been let down by Samsung with a delayed shipment but this is just the sort of reason for which they should not bill until sure they can fulfil order and by when. Good pricing so I am staying with it.
