Absolutely appalling customer service and unfit for purpose washing machine.
The washing machine was only 5 months old. The Machine vibrated like a level 8 magnitude earth quake si we called out the manufacturers for a home visit to assess the problem who told us after simply looking at the front of the machine "it's because you live in a mobile home" 😱 I find this kind of customer service is unacceptable! Teknix then asked for a £78 call out charge which we refused because the shaking problem was not rectified. Teknix then said "if you don't pay then your warranty is invalid" which to my horror is simply appalling! My poor dad (who's washing machine it was) he couldn't take the stress anymore so purchased a new Bosch washing machine which doesn't shake, wobble, no nothing! Shame on you teknix for putting my father through hell and back!
UPDATE.... The transit bolts were removed by the shop upon delivery, a teknix technician came out to the washing machine and said "it's shaking because it's a mobile home" This is without even checking anything so the maths everyone! Appalling customer service 😡

The delivery was on time and efficient. The freezer is the perfect size and works perfectly.

New chest freezer was delivered on-time, and the delivery team removed all packaging & completed the delivery swiftly and with the minimum of fuss.

Well built freezer. The brand has links with hisense a leading other appliance builder. Easy to use quick to set up. Quiet operation. Comes with 2 yr warranty. You will not be disappointed.

I managed to register my washer after speaking to a very friendly and helpful gentleman. I expected an email to say say my warranty was valid but have not received this so how can I prove it's been registered.
UPDATE. After three phone calls with promises of emails and one attempt to register the warranty on line which you can only do if you buy extra insurance I still cannot get proof of warranty. Why is it do difficult for them to send a simple email.

Registering product was easy and washing machine seems to be solidly built. I’m impressed as I hadn’t heard of this company before buying this machine

First impressions of the upright freezer we have just purchased are very good. It’s working well. Looks good and well built. Our previous freezer had lasted an impressive 32 years!

Before siting the new freezer, I wish I had noted the product’s serial number, which is located at the back of the unit, as this was required when registering for the two-year Teknix warranty. Perhaps this information could be highlighted in the user guide, as it would be much easier to record the serial number before the freezer is installed.

My first attempt at registering the product was also made more difficult because the Teknix product “drop-down” list did not include the freezer model No that I had just purchased.

Good table top fridge but no internal light but still a good buy my son loves it

Had to change my original order as Freezer first purchased not frost free. Service was great and very efficient in helping me choose my new freezer. All delivered in a quick time. Based on this level of service will certainly use/recommend.

Fantastic quality washing machine and service for registering 5 year warranty

We ordered a matching pair of a fridge and freezer, the wiring is different on each appliance on the freezer the power cable comes from the top of the appliance and the power cable comes from the bottom of the fridge, both cables were quite short, so we had to have a new socket installed behind the appliances. Although they were a pair both doors were set the same way, so we had to change one of the doors around, the instructions for this were really poor, I would say that 9/10 people would really struggle with this process. Disappointly the fridge did not come with a bottle rack, I sent a message to customer service to ask if one was available, I have not received any reply to my message. When trying to register the warranty online I could do the freezer but the model of fridge was not on the drop down list, I had ti ring three times to get this sorted.

When getting the 2yr warranty the initial call handler repeatedly asked for the model “number”. When our model was just letters this totally confused him and he implied heavily that I was not understanding him. Considering one of the reasons we chose this company was the apparent excellent customer care it was a very frustrating lengthy call. Even asking him to look it up on Google he couldn’t comprehend that I had given him the correct number for a fridge and freezer made by them! The manager was excellent and rectified promptly. I appreciate everyone has to learn but the repeated assumption that it was my mistake was very irritating! The fridge and freezer look good, here’s hoping they work so I don’t have to call again!
