The only reason I have given four stars instead of five is that I had to send the dress back due to it being too small. I have had too many biscuits.
Otherwise, prompt delivery, well packaged in eco friendly packaging, quality clothing, easy return process.

I hadn't been too sure about ordering because I was worried the trousers wouldn't be as good in real life. I now have several different pairs. I am highly likely to get more...

Great company, my coat arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged

I have used Neil's Photo Restoration Services several times now and have been very pleased and impressed with the results. I am lucky to have a number of old family photos but Neil has been able to bring them to life again. My friends, colleagues and family members who have seen the restored versions have all been wowed by the clarity of the images. Neil can provide prints and will recommend the appropriate size/ratio for the pictures. Having the new prints means that fragile originals can be saved from excessive handling and light exposure in the future. I've sent Neil pictures to restore digitally but also have sent precious originals by post and they have been handled with care and sent back asap by special delivery.

We are lucky enough to have some family photos which are over 100years old. Unfortunately some are faded and damaged and I have been keen to get them digitally restored. Neil did a super job on the photo I sent a scan of and I am really pleased with the print which I have just received.
Its like seeing the picture come back to life.
I will definitely be using again.

The process was easy and in a good location.
If you are a fit and able bodied person these lockers are great. For people who are less able bodied these lockers present challenges. A family member who is elderly and frail recently needed help getting a parcel from a high locker where a heavy parcel was out of reach. Low lockers can also be problematic for people with mobility problems. It would be good if it was possible to specify a need for an accessible locker when ordering a parcel.

Edit 19/05/2023: Since writing my initial 2* review I have been contacted by Carl who has been really helpful and proactive. He very quickly resolved the issues I had and explained what had happened. All sorted now and we are really looking forward to our holiday.

My experience with Kevin at Harrogate lettings branch was very poor indeed. My long term relationship had just ended abruptly and unexpectedly and I urgently needed rental accommodation. I was made to feel unwelcome in the office. Because I then worked part time and thus needed to look at more modest rentals I was made to feel poor and inadequate. I was interested in a property but a viewing was never arranged despite me trying to call about it several times.
On recounting my experience I found that other people had had similar encounters.
The experience at Belvoir contrasted strongly with that at other Harrogate estate agents who went out of their way to be helpful and provide excellent customer service.

I love browsing this site with its great choice of swimwear and accessories. I have bought swimwear for myself and daughter from simplyswim and have always been very pleased with my purchases. Items are delivered quickly. One can never have too many swimsuits....!!!
My only difficulty with the site has been logging in and paying but that might be due to me accidentally creating more than one account.
I will certainly keep coming back. Recommended.
