Hands down, the best hosting company out there. Their service is second-to-none, and reliability is perfect. After 20 years in the business of website building and SEO, and having gone through all of the "big name" companies, I'll never use another hosting company again. Wait time on chat is around 15 seconds every time. A+.

I have been with WPX for 5 years. When I started my agency, I was so low-tech that their support was a necessity. Their support is IMMEDIATE. It is the most superior service I have ever received from a tech company. Cannot recommend enough. I just worked with Ivan, and he was so kind and helpful.

The platform itself is ok. Been using them for a few years on the wordpress hosting business plan.

I thought I'd be with them long term so I purchased a promotional offer for a couple of years worth of service in advance when they were about to raise their price.

However, I since migrated my site as wordpress became more and more of a pain in the rear and I asked for a pro-rated refund using their latest full monthly price as reference to make it fair. That way I wouldn't have to pay for service unused and they'd get a full price service revenue rather than the promotion I originally purchased.

I had back and forth emails where they explained how I committed to the promotion terms, which I understand, but not being able to come to a fair agreement like the one I suggested (i.e. cancel the promotion price > take out my actual usage from the "credit" I purchased using full price > refund the remaining unused portion) is just plain ridiculous. One of those "computer says no" situations that's only funny on TV...

Unfortunately they didn't budge, so I have lost a few hundred dollars that they'll keep essentially as a forced donation.

Moral of the story: Don't commit with these guys long term and don't lock yourself in one of their multiyear promotions.

Setting up the WPX Account was easy and user friendly.

I was having trouble with verifying domain with mailerlite. I reached out to WPX.net and Dimitri T. was able to pin point the issue and resolve it right away. And boom domain was verified.

He is awesome and saved me a bunch of time.

WPX Hosting – I am requesting management assistance regarding Ticket #228370.

Our business email services have been substantially impaired since Sunday afternoon, and the issue remains unresolved more than 48 hours later.

We operate multiple e-commerce websites on a WPX Agency Hosting account and depend heavily on email communication with customers, vendors, and staff. The ongoing disruption is having a serious impact on our business operations.

Support has been responsive, but the diagnosis has changed several times. We were ultimately informed that a website contained malicious code, which was reportedly removed. However, email service issues continue and we have not received a meaningful update despite the passage of another full business day.

"As a long-term business customer on an Agency plan hosting multiple e-commerce websites, I am increasingly concerned that a service interruption of this duration remains unresolved."

I am respectfully requesting review by a senior technical manager or escalation engineer and would appreciate an update on Ticket #228370, including the current status, remaining issues, and estimated time to resolution.

Every time I ask support they are Escalate my Ticket but nothing happened... What a Shame WPX? Seems it is a dying company!!

I've had a virus on our website for three weeks now. Malware removal is explicitly listed as part of their core service offerings, but getting them to actually honor that has been a nightmare.

Originally, they told us there was a holiday in their country and there was no one there to fix it. The virus came back, and now they keep bouncing us around saying they are "currently experiencing slight delays due to heavy workloads." A three-week delay while a business loses orders is not a "slight delay."

It's a ridiculously frustrating situation. We have an active virus crushing our website, and there seems to be literally nobody working there who can actually step up and fix it. I would be very careful about where you decide to put your hosting money.

I've been with them for over 4+ years. Never had issue, and even if I did they'd fix it in a few mins. Today it's completely opposite. They take days (even if it gets fixed) to address the issue. They are slow., Still to this day many of my issues aren't fixed. Don't come in here. Viruses take over your websites and then support can't fix them causing you to lose accounts/jobs, etc. Run and don't look back. Find another hosting provider .

This host has been a God send. Having moved from hostigator; another host where there were many impromptu down times at busy times, issues with bandwidth and what have you. WPX has never failed me. I have been a happy customer for the last 10 years and anytime I want anything sorted there is always someone handy to help in less than 3 seconds and they always get me sorted. I would recommend WPX to anyone who needs a peaceful hosting that never lets you down.
