Wow. I just chatted with Nikola at WPX support for a little issue with returned mails from my contact form and he ended up setting up a bunch of mailboxes for me that I wasn't even expecting. I've been too inept to get it done. He was so gracious and helpful to me and went to so much trouble to make sure I was happy. This is always the experience I have when I contact WPX support. The peace of mind it gives me means a lot.

I’ve tried many hosting platforms. WPX is the only one whose support is lightning fast and super helpful no matter the issue. Spoke to Ivan recently twice and several other over the years. All have been great. Ivan was on it and super helpful. Love WPX.

WPX is a very high quality hosting company with live customer service rather than bots. I have worked with WPX for two years and have never had a single issue. Security is high priority and they are always ready to help. I have minimal web design experience and it is simple to use after some practice.

Brilliant support

I have just moved to WPX and I am not an expert. After running into a few minor roadblocks, I reached out to support. Nikola guided me patiently through each step so that my problems were solved in one sitting.

Having a real person to communicate with is a huge bonus.

Support from WPX is 'another level'. Appart from their epic service, the support is a key differentiator for me. I have tried many hosts, and have not looked back since I switched to WPX about 5 years ago. They are still as great today as they were back then. Great technical products with great customer support. Really Fantastic. So happy to be a customer of WPX.

Dennis on WPX hosting support page had great ideas and helped me with my problems efficently. Felt the level of costumer care on this one

Georgi M., my rep was awesome, spent over 1/2 hour working on my very complicated issue and found the problem in Cloudflare, registrar, and no one else could find the problem, but he stuck with it until he got it solved. He was like a fierce pitbull genius. Got a hold of it and didn't let go until it was resolved. Thank you Sir, and WPX, you guys are awesome!

Best customer service of any hosting company I've ever worked with

My initial thoughts were WPX was a great value, but after paying a year up front it seems they’re trying to charge for a site transfer even though they advertised free migrations. I have gone back and forth with S Kalov to migrate a site but he refuses and wants to charge me $99.

I shouldn’t have to plead with customer support for multiple days to get a service they advertised for free.

My initial plan was to stay with WPX long term but after this I’m gonna start looking for another service when the time comes.

Make sure to get all sites transferred before paying for the year, because they won’t honor it if they know they got you.

You’ll never convince me there’s a better web hosting company than WPX, it’s that simple. I’ve been with them since April 2024, and I currently manage over 23 websites across different clients and projects. I’ve used several of the big-name hosting companies over the years, and honestly, none of them come close to what WPX delivers.
Their customer service is in a league of its own!!! Fast, personal, and actually helpful (not just copy-paste AI replies). Anytime I need help, I get real answers from real people who care. They consistently go above and beyond. On top of that, the performance and reliability is incredible. My clients’ sites are running faster than ever, and I’ve even seen SEO improvements across multiple sites since moving to WPX.

As long as I’m doing what I’m doing, I’ll be a WPX customer for life. You’d have a very hard time convincing me to go anywhere else.

I've been a freelance/small agency service provider for years. This host is actually what I'd consider a trade secret. I don't reveal it. At least not without getting dragged down and beat. I keep it a secret because the support is absolutely incredible. Yes, other places have support that's knowledgable. But THESE GUYS? They are AVAILABLE! And I'm talking INSTANTLY! You'll be chatting with a brilliant support rep within seconds.

This is hands down the best wordpress hosting ever - speed, security, etc are brilliant - but their customer service is another level. You get to talk to a rea person every time, and 99.9% of the times they sort out whatever trouble you are having - I have been learning how to make no code websites and i used to get into a lot of trouble and almost every single time they have been courteous, patient and professional.
I have been with WPX for more than 5 years now and I would encourage anyone who wants a seamless hosting experience to go with them.
