Beware of bait and switch tactic.
My initial thoughts were WPX was a great value, but after paying a year up front it seems they’re trying to charge for a site transfer even though they advertised free migrations. I have gone back and forth with S Kalov to migrate a site but he refuses and wants to charge me $99.
I shouldn’t have to plead with customer support for multiple days to get a service they advertised for free.
My initial plan was to stay with WPX long term but after this I’m gonna start looking for another service when the time comes.
Make sure to get all sites transferred before paying for the year, because they won’t honor it if they know they got you.

However, as outlined in our migration policy, re-migrating the same website within 365 days is considered a paid migration, and our team has done their best to explain this in detail and share the policy with you.
