Sometimes friends ask who my host is, and I tell them, and they laugh and say I am paying too much. The laugh is on them! You guys always take the stress out of it when something isn't perfect, and when it isn't, it is usually some mistake I made and messed up.

I previously gave a 5-star review for this hosting company, I'm sorry to scale it down to 1.
For the premium price we pay you would expect a flawless service, yet it is now riddled with bugs they don't even catch up, their back logs seems faulty, I'm loosing time, money and energy with them now, this is an unacceptable service.

Nikola was an angel! She was patient with all my questions and she explained to me all the things I need to know about our issue. She actually understood what our problem is. It was a stressful ordeal and she was the only person who was able to offer the solution or the answer I needed!

WPX is overall good. Support is good too - almost 24/7 active. Best for budget or sites that does not require constant purge.

If your content does not change every 10 mins its the best hosting you can get for wordpress and use htaccess to customize the headers & it will work wonders.

High dynamic sites can use their Woocom plan + redis + XDN - its actually good.

They need to figure our fullpage caching and they will be on top.

I recently switched to a different one - was with them for 3+ years. I had alot of challenge because CouponZania needed much powerful hosting and usually everyone has 30 days money back - they gave me my money after 3 years or say when they realized i am facing problem and I need to leave. My love to thier customer success - good souls there.

Absolutely the best...

I've used GoDaddy, NameCheap, Domain.com, HostGator and a dozen others. WPX is by far the best. It's easy to purchase a domain - and they don't try and upsell you with crap you don't need (I'm looking at you GoDaddy!). Then they have 24/7 chat with actual live people. This has saved me so many times. I have used WPX for a number of years. I cringe anytime a new client is not on WPX.

The only reason someone would not use WPX is if they had simply never heard of WPX. But if you are reading this, then you have heard of WPX, so you really have zero excuse not to use them.

Had an issue that drove through the weekend and was resolved via chat as a last resort. WPX customer support is what all support should be based on. Knowledgeable and properly empowered people (not AI) who can actually IMPLEMENT fixes. 24/7 is also real. I've never waited more than 30-seconds for a live agent. It's why I've been with them for over half a decade, and plan to be moving forward!
