Trustworthy and Dependable Web Hosting Service Provider
I have been hosting my websites with ChemiCloud for over 4 years. I have found their support extremely professional and responsive. They have also helped me optimize my websites' resources. As a non-techie, this has been great for my business. They could have just charged me extra but by showing me how to optimize the resources, they not only saved me money but also proved that they are trustworthy. The hosting service is also great with minimal downtime.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with ChemiCloud
I am a web developer, and this outage has had a serious impact on my work and reputation. Since 1:30 AM, all of my company's websites have been completely down, and even after 14 hours, the issue has still not been resolved.
Throughout this time, ChemiCloud's support team has repeatedly provided what I feel are generic or inconsistent explanations instead of giving a clear timeline or transparent updates. As a customer, this has been incredibly frustrating.
Because of this prolonged downtime, my company has suffered significant business disruption, and it has also affected me personally. I have even faced consequences at work because the websites remained unavailable for such a long time.
I chose ChemiCloud expecting reliable hosting and dependable support, but this experience has completely shaken my confidence in their service. Extended outages without effective communication are simply unacceptable for any business that relies on its online presence.
I sincerely hope ChemiCloud improves its infrastructure, incident response, and communication with customers. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their hosting service

While this outage was severe, it's important to note that it affected a single server in our US infrastructure—not our entire platform. We manage thousands of servers across multiple locations, and unfortunately, this particular server experienced an issue that resulted in an unusually long outage. We dislike downtime just as much as our customers do, and we know that even when it's limited to one server, it's a major event for everyone hosted on it.
The issue has now been fully resolved, and all affected services are back online. Since the incident, we've been thoroughly reviewing everything that happened and are already implementing additional measures to significantly reduce the likelihood of a similar situation occurring again. While no infrastructure provider can honestly promise that outages will never happen, our goal is to learn from every incident and continuously improve both our infrastructure and our response.
We sincerely appreciate your patience throughout this difficult situation, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to rebuild your confidence in our service over the months ahead.

For the past few days, my websites have been going down during the night. Each time, your support team tells me that the server is experiencing a high volume of load.
If the server is consistently facing a high load, then your management should upgrade the server infrastructure instead of allowing customers' websites to go offline and causing them business losses. It is your responsibility to ensure that the hosting environment can handle the traffic and maintain stable uptime.

ChemiCloud Beat 2 Other Hosts
I contacted three highly rated companies with the same question, as my current free host is failing. One didn't understand my question and gave me information I didn't ask for. The second didn't respond at all. ChemiCloud was the only one who responded to my question (the same day!), answered all of my questions, and provided everything I needed. I was able to have a live human being help me through chat with the sign up process. ChemiCloud was not the cheapest of the three... in fact, I think they may be the most expensive... but after my experience just asking a question, I am more that happy to pay a couple extra dollars each month for the peace of mind!

’ve been using ChemiCloud for web hosting for a couple of years now, and their support has been consistently excellent. Anytime I’ve run into an issue, their team has responded quickly and worked with me until everything was fully resolved. They’re reliable, helpful, and easy to work with.
I was a bit nervous switching from a big name like Bluehost to a company I’d never heard of, but I don’t regret it one bit. In fact, the level of personal attention and responsiveness has been noticeably better than what I experienced with the larger provider. I highly recommended them!
