Good communication, well packed for transport.

Delivered very swiftly and table does just what we wanted. Quite sturdy and as with most folding tables not quiet flat in the middle where the two halves come together 3mm drop but nothing to write home about. Very happy with my purchase.

One of the worst companies to Ive ever had the experience of doing business with. Bought what was advertised as a 400cm chrome rail via Amazon only to discover when delivered over 2 separate days and consisted of 4 x 100cm rails that did not connect. Customer service made it increasing difficult to return initially stating I had to pay for return postage and send back to Germany!! Given their advert was misleading they then agreed to pay for return postage but sent label to be returned via DHL service shop. I then had to explain the returned item didn’t meet criteria as in excess of measurements. Eventually after trying so many delay tactics they informed DHL courier would collect and that I had to remove any labels as the DHL courier would issue label and provide me with details to allow tracking. Once again their info was wrong and DHL courier didn’t have label to issued. My proof is now photo of DHL courier taking the parcel from my home to his vehicle. Please beware of this company as they don’t like anyone returning goods and will do all in their power to prevent returns even in situations where they’ve advertised goods in a misleading manner. Amazon not much better for allowing this k

This is an accurate review of my experience with this company

I ordered via amazon. already have 3 but wanted another. however, after two delivery dates have come and gone with carrier having no record of tracking number, I had no option but to request a refund. This still leaves me with two drawers short so do I chance them again or look elsewhere?

Excellent quality, prompt service and great price. This is the second small table I've bought,
it has so many uses in the conservatory and outside I might even buy another.
I've used it as a coffee table next to the bench in the garden,; it is perfect when I'm re-potting indoor plants or outdoor seedlings, and my husband uses it for keeping his drink safe while doing his jigsaw indoors.
I bought another because my jade plant is getting too large for the windowsills and it will go very well in the corner of the conservatory. Happy to recommend.

Never received the item I ordered and they just kept sending me standard replies, so had to claim with PayPal in the end

Delivered wrong coloured items above, I asked if they can collect the incorrect ones and deliver the correct colour only to have this reply - “ We believe there maybe a batch issue. We can attempt to send out the correct items after the collection however I am unable to guarantee that it will be brown.”
Therefore they are not sure what is being dispatched and if you get the correct colour it’s lucky dip.
Not the best returns process, the amount of time wasted in emails and waiting in for the items to be collected when DHL would not turn up. DHL did eventually collect out of the blue on the wrong day.
Could not find a way to speak to someone and their callback feature on their help desk is not for the UK.
The only positive was the product itself seemed good quality.

Waited all day for our package. 4 hours late as of now. Useless!

Fantastic website - terrific value goods, well made and I was kept up to date at every turn - wonderful experience and will buy from them again.
Their AI chatbox is totally useless and could NOT ANSWER a very simple question BUT still think the product is wonderful and well made!

Can’t really review as only actually received one package of 2. Second part is scheduled for delivery tomorrow! First part arrived last Thursday.

Bought a cast iron chiminea. Good price and fast delivery, but poor (Chinese) quality with misaligned screw holes and overall poor design. The 3 legs didn't fit flush and I wonder how stable the thing will be.
