I ordered two boxes and was sent a second delivery of 6 boxes which I did not order, I was charged £170!! I would definitely not recommend using Wellaray at all.

I tried to order one box and got charged for 4 or more. As soon as the payment went through I contacted them to cancel the order but they said it was already posted so no refund. I didnt receive order confirmation yet they say is already sent. Is a scam to get more money out of you. Disgusting practice. The product arrived and it does have a strong taste. So I really hope it makes a difference because it cost me about $150!

Disolves fine in my morning coffee. Slightly alters the taste but still tastes okay. Customer service have been great. Early days yet, still on my first box so fingers crossed for futer usage

I am yet another person who has been scammed by this company, I wish I had read all these negative reviews before I placed my order. I ticked the one box at a discounted price of £17.99 but when the order complete page came up it had charged me for another 3 boxes, which I definitely didn’t order, this is fraud they should not take extra money without your permission. I have reported them to my credit card company.

I am beginning to worry as not yet received my order of 5 boxes. When attempting to track its page no longer available and the email sent to me today with a tracking address also cannot be found. My order was 11 days ago however I’ve been reading that delivery is fast! I’m really worried now as money came out of y account immediately.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, still not arrived. Track your package site says unavailable which is very worrying. By the time I paid for my 1 requested item, their upsell was 4 items more than what I had asked for would not let me cancel it. I can't get hold of them to find out where my package is. I am not happy.

I found the link on FB and thought I’d give it a try. I only purchased the starting pack of 2 boxes and after putting in my card details I was debited for an additional 3 boxes at a discounted rate. Needless to say my account was debited without my permission for the additional items. I immediately responded to them by email and told them that their action of taking money without my permission was fraudulent. They replied that the order had been shipped and could not be retracted but an email later confirmed that the order was purchased on 21/8 but only shipped out on 24/8 so ample time in which to stop shipment and refund me. I was then told that only once the items were returned to them and unopened, would they initiate a refund. The next day I visited my bank and explained the situation and they will be handling it as a fraud issue. The item arrived yesterday by Royal Mail and I will be returning it and will wait to see if they refund my full amount. My bank has in hand all the communication for their fraud department to follow up should a refund not materialise.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
Like hundreds of other people, I was SCAMMED out of £73 for products that I actually didn’t order. I have nearly 30 messages from the company advising me that they couldn’t arrange my refund and return as I had opened a PayPal dispute … which I chose to close after 7 days as I could see it wasn’t going to help.
They have dragged their feet and now told me that I am over the 30 day limit for returns and refunds 🤬😡
I have contacted PayPal again, together with my bank and the Citizens advise bureau regarding small claims court.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
