As always the service was excellent. The quality of my new workbench is incredible for the price. The only quibble is that it took my husband 2 days to assemble because it's pretty complicated with so many different black struts. It would make it A LOT easier if they were individually labelled!

I would not recommend anyone to buy this shed, the parts are crooked, there are no holes, not enough bolts.

Nothing was Labelled
Nothing was Labelled, you'd to lay everything out on the ground and try and match to the diagram.
Mesh is flimsy, wood is light, the inner timber bars has hooks on either end, and bird wobbles and feels unsafe.
Once put together, looks good.
But no I dnt recommend.

So, a great online store experience and communication re delivery throughout, until delivery but just the supplied instructions let the experience down 😎

The instructions on putting this product together was horrible. The holes were incorrectly drilled and the door didnt close properly. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. First and last!

very difficult assembly
the furniture was exceptionally difficult to assemble. the directions were very vague. the pieces were not identified by code or number and it was a long and laborious task to assemble one medium size sideboard.
it was the worst self assembly unit I have ever come across and I am assembling units for many years at home

I received a faulty cigerette bin which the lid would not go onto-After numerous emails and phone calls advising me this would be picked up ,weeks later its still here and I'm still awaiting my refund-Avoid this company as the customer service is shocking

Replacement awning canvas
The product (a replacement awning canvas) was well made and well priced, but did not include the threading cable needed to fit it to the awning frame. As this had been supplied with the original canvas (bought along with the awning frame, from this manufacturer) I would have assumed a new one would be shipped with a replacement canvas. It wasnt mentioned in the website listing though, so I suppose I should have queried it beforehand.

I ordered an outdoor kitchen cabinet 😩
I ordered an outdoor kitchen cabinet. It said 2-3 hours to put together. It took 2-3 hours to try and work out which piece was which as none of them were marked . Tried to put it together and each time found it was the wrong piece, Had to take it apart which then splintered the wood . So now €283 wasted . Would not recommend at all . All you had to do was mark which piece was which and match them to the instructions. Absolutely rubbish!!!

I bought a dog run about 14 days ago. I paid nearly €500 and it’s the worst design and it’s not strong at all. My dog has gone through it. Parts were breaking as they were being built. I would want someone to come and take it away as I don’t want it and I’d like my money back for it

Suspected Scam
I ordered a product and only half of the product was sent to me. I spent months speaking to their customer service team who insisted on more and more proof in the form of pictures and videos with manual measuring paraphernalia until I was eventually ghosted. I contacted them by phone and ended up emailing a new person on the team and after a lengthy amout of time and numerous emails, they refused to send me the other half of the product.

It’s missing a few so as a result I’ve had to use wood glue which is visible and also hasn’t worked properly. Shame because it’s a nice enough table at a good price but obviously some error at the factory end means it’s not as stable as it should be

I ordered lawn edging.
The product delivered is of extremely poor quality and also a lot of pieces are broken.
Now there return process is so complicated you are just stuck with them.
My advice to everyone is stay away from this company and its products.
