Suspected Scam
I ordered a product and only half of the product was sent to me. I spent months speaking to their customer service team who insisted on more and more proof in the form of pictures and videos with manual measuring paraphernalia until I was eventually ghosted. I contacted them by phone and ended up emailing a new person on the team and after a lengthy amout of time and numerous emails, they refused to send me the other half of the product.
