Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na inhalativnu primenu (endo, sin)-(-)-3-(3-hidroksi-1-okso-2-fenilpropoksi)-8-metil-(1-metiletil)-8-azoniabiciklo/3.2.1./oktan soli, kao bronhospazmolitika sa jačim, a naročito sa dugotrajnim delovanje, kao i na upotrebu soli prilikom dobijanja sredstava za lečenje astme. Zbog svog jakog i dugotrajnog delovanja, ove soli pogodne su kao delotvorne supstance za lekove koji se primenjuju za inhaliranje i u terapiji disajnih puteva.
