Abstract

 抗菌活性および安全性の高いキノロンカルボン酸について、その製造に使用する置換基構築用の光学活性化合物を簡便に工業的に製造することを可能ならしめる。 式(3)で示される化合物を金属触媒及び水素源の存在下で処理し、式(5)で示される中間体化合物を製造する(nは2~5、R1はアルキル又はアリール、R6はアルキル、アリール又は水素、R71及びR72の一方はアリール、他方はアリール、アルキル、アルケニル、アラルキル又は水素を示す。)。
