Abstract
L'invention concerne la possibilité de produire, industriellement et facilement, des composés optiquement actifs pour produire des substituants dans la production d'acides quinolonecarboxyliques extrêmement sûrs ayant une activité antibactérienne élevée. Des composés intermédiaires représentés par la formule générale (5) sont produits en traitant un composé représenté par la formule générale (3) en présence d'un catalyseur métallique et d'une source d'hydrogène (dans laquelle m est un entier de 2 à 5 ; R1 est un alkyle ou un aryle ; R6 est un alkyle, un aryle ou un hydrogène ; et l'un de R71 et R72 est un aryle, et l'autre est un aryle, un alkyle, un alcényle, un aralkyle ou un hydrogène).
