Derivados de ciclohexil-1,4-diamina sustituidos de la fórmula general I ** ver fórmula** n representa 1, 2, 3, 4 ó 5; R 1 y R 2 representan, independientemente entre sí, H; alquilo(C1-5), en cada caso saturado o insaturado, ramificado o no ramificado, sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; cicloalquilo(C3-8), en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; o arilo, cicloalquilo(C 3-8) o heteroarilo, en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido, unido a través de un alquilo(C1-3); o los grupos R 1 y R 2 representan conjuntamente CH2CH2OCH2CH2, CH2CH2NR 10 CH2CH2 o (CH2)3-6, siendo R 10 igual a H; alquilo(C1-5), en cada caso saturado o insaturado, ramificado o no ramificado, sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; cicloalquilo(C3-8), en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; arilo o heteroarilo, en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; o arilo, cicloalquilo(C 3-8) o heteroarilo, en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido, unido a través de un alquilo(C1-3); C(O)fenilo, C(O)heteroarilo, C(O)alquilo(C1-5), en cada caso sustituido o no sustituido; R 3 representa alquilo(C1-5), en cada caso saturado o insaturado, ramificado o no ramificado, sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; cicloalquilo(C3-8), en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; arilo o heteroarilo, en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; o arilo, heteroarilo o cicloalquilo(C 3-8), en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido, unido a través de un grupo alquilo(C1-3); R 4 representa -(CR 6 R 7 )pR 8 , siendo p igual a 0, 1, 2, 3 ó 4; R 6 representa H o alquilo(C 1-5), en cada caso saturado o insaturado, ramificado o no ramificado, sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; R 7 representa H, alquilo(C1-5), en cada caso saturado o insaturado, ramificado o no ramificado, sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido, o COOR 9 ; o R 6 y R 7 forman un anillo (CH 2) kCHR 8 (CH 2) m, siendo k = 1, 2, 3 y m = 1, 2; R 8 representa alquilo(C1-6), en cada caso saturado o insaturado, ramificado o no ramificado, sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; cicloalquilo(C3-8), arilo o heteroarilo, en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; R 9 representa H o alquilo(C 1-5); R 5 representa H o -(CH2)IR 8 , siendo I igual a 1, 2 ó 3; o junto con R 4 representa CH2CHR 14 OCHR 14 CH2, ** ver fórmula** CH2CH2SCH2CH2, CH2CH2NR 11 CH2CH2, (CR 12 R 13 )3-6 o R 11 representa H; alquilo(C1-5), en cada caso saturado o insaturado, ramificado o no ramificado, sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; cicloalquilo(C 3-8), en cada caso saturado o insaturado, sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; arilo o heteroarilo, en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; o arilo, cicloalquilo(C3-8) o heteroarilo, en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido, unido a través de un alquilo(C1-3); R 12 representa H; alquilo(C1-5), en cada caso saturado o insaturado, ramificado o no ramificado, sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; OH; C(O)fenilo sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; cicloalquilo(C 3-8), en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; arilo o heteroarilo, en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; o arilo, cicloalquilo(C3-8) o heteroarilo, en cada caso sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido, unido a través de un alquilo(C1-3); y R 13 es H u OH, o junto con R 12 forma, a través del mismo átomo de C (compuesto espiro) o de un átomo de C adyacente, un anillo de cinco o seis miembros que puede contener heteroátomos, ser saturado o insaturado, estar sustituido o no sustituido y/o formar parte de un sistema policíclico; R 14 representa H o alquilo(C1-3), en cada caso saturado o insaturado, ramificado o no ramificado, sustituido de forma simple o múltiple o no sustituido; en forma de racemato, de enantiómeros, diastereoisómeros, mezcla de enantiómeros o diastereoisómeros o de un enantiómero o diastereoisómero individual, de bases y/o sales de ácidos o cationes fisiológicamente compatibles.
