Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения вспененного шлака (1) в расплаве (2) металла в плавильной печи (3), при котором в электродуговую печь (3) подается смесь (4), содержащая как минимум оксид металла и углерод, причем оксид металла под шлаком (1), который находится там, восстанавливается с помощью углерода, причем газы, выделяющиеся при восстановлении, образуют в шлаке пузырики, в результате чего шлак вспенивается. Для оптимального получения вспененного шлака (1) согласно с изобретением предусмотрено, чтобы подача смеси (4) в печь (3) происходила таким образом, чтобы высота (h) или интервал высоты (Δh) слоя вспененного шлака (1) устанавливались и поддерживались на желаемом уровне.
