Claims (14)
- 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 적어도 하나의 금속 산화물과 탄소를 포함하는 혼합물(4)이 로(3)에 투입되고, 상기 로(3)에 위치하는 슬래그(1) 하부에서 상기 금속 산화물은 탄소에 의해 환원되고, 환원 시에 발생하는 가스는 상기 슬래그 내에 기포를 형성함으로써, 그 슬래그에는 거품이 형성되며, 상기 거품 슬래그(1) 층의 목표하는 높이(h), 또는 상기 거품 슬래그(1) 층의 목표하는 높이의 범위(Δh)가 생성되고 유지될 수 있도록 상기 혼합물(4)이 상기 로(3) 내에 첨가되는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서,야금로(3)로서 전극을 구비한 전기 아크로 또는 용융 장치가 이용되고, 상기 로(3)의 벽체(5)가 평면도에서 볼 때 원형으로 형성되고 상기 로(3)의 적어도 하나의 전극(6)은 중앙에 배치되며, 상기 혼합물(4)이 상기 전극(6)과 상기 벽체(5) 사이의 고리 형상의 영역에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물(4)의 첨가는 연속해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물(4)의 첨가는 사전 설정된 시간 간격으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물(4)의 첨가는 상기 금속욕(2)의 톤당 그리고 분당 3kg 내지 20kg의 양으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물(4)의 첨가는 상기 금속욕(2)의 톤당 그리고 분당 5kg 내지 15kg의 양으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속욕(2)의 표면에 15kg/㎡ 내지 35kg/㎡의 혼합물량이 유지될 수 있는 방식으로 상기 혼합물(4)이 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 금속욕(2)의 표면에 20kg/㎡ 내지 30kg/㎡의 혼합물량이 유지되는 방식으로 상기 혼합물(4)이 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물(4)은 상기 금속욕(2)과 상기 슬래그(1) 사이에 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물(4)은 상기 고리 형상의 영역의 반경 방향 중심 영역에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물(4)은 추가로 철 및 크롬을 포함하는 운반 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물(4)은 추가로 결합 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물(4)은 단광 또는 펠릿으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야금로(3)에서 금속욕(2) 내에 거품 슬래그(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법.
