Abstract
A method for making farinaceous molded products of improved food value includes preparing a dry prescribed mixture of components, mixing dough in a dough mixer with water, pressing thereof, forming the products, drying thereof, sorting and packing. In doing so at the stage of preparing the dry prescribed components a preliminary mixture of bakery wheat flour and an enzyme is prepared, and at the stage of mixing the dough rye malt, bakery wheat flour and the prepared the preliminary mixture of bakery wheat flour and transglutaminase enzyme are mixed.
