Abstract
Disclosed is a method for evaluation of fat-acid spectrum of lipids of visceral adipocytes in patients with metabolic syndrome through investigation of fat-acid composition of lipids of blood serum. By method of gas-liquid chromatography one determines content of oleic and linoleic fat acids, with calculation of the ratio of those by formula:K=C/C, whereinK – coefficient that characterizes disorder of lipid metabolism;C– essential fat acid;C– mono-unsaturated fat acid,with comparison to control and at decrease of coefficients one evaluates disorder of lipid metabolism.
