Disclosed is a method for evaluation of the effect of nano-particles of lead on liver lipids in experimental rats through investigation of blood serum after intoxication with lead. By means of the method of gas-liquid chromatography, in the tissues of liver of experimental rats content of palmitic and arachidonic fat acids is determined. After that comparison with control is carried out, and at change of coefficient metabolic disorders are evaluated.
