Abstract

A method for evaluation of correction of metabolic disorders of liver and cerebrum lipids in experimental rats undereffect of lead nano-particles through investigation of blood serum in rats. Content of palmitic and arachidonic fat acids is determined by method of gas-liquid chromatography in tissues of liver and cerebrum of rats before and after correction. After that comparison with control is carried out, and if coefficient is changed one evaluates effectiveness of correction.
