Abstract
A method for the determination of disorders of lipid metabolism in blood and kidney of rats at reproduction of the corazol-induced convulsive syndrome provides for investigation of fat acid composition of tissues of cerebrum and blood plasma at ischemic process. Fat acid composition of lipids of blood plasma and tissue of kidney is determined by means of gas-liquid chromatography, with de of changes of content of palmitic, oleic and arachidonic fat acids, with calculation of the ratio of those by given formula, and at comparison to characteristics of control the metabolism disorder is determined.
