Abstract
Method for determination of disorder of lipid metabolism at generalized periodontitis through investigation of blood. One determines fat acid composition of lipids of biological liquids by means of method of gas-liquid chromatography, with determination of palmitic, linoleic and arachidonic fat acids, with finding ratio of those with respect to control by formula:K = C18:2 + 20:4/C16:0, whereK – coefficient that characterizes disorder of lipid metabolims, C18:2 + 20:4 – essential fat acids that are main substrates of process of lipid peroxidation,C16:0 – basic fat acid of lecithin fraction of phospholipids,And at decrease of coefficient K one determines lipid metabolism disorder.
