Спосіб оцінки порушень ліпідного метаболізму при експериментальному пародонтиті шляхом дослідження жирнокислотного складу ліпідів біологічного матеріалу за допомогою газорідинної хроматографії. Досліджують жирнокислотний склад ліпідів плазми крові і тканин пародонту, виявляють метаболічні зміни вмісту стеаринової, олеїнової та лінолевої жирних кислот, порівнюють з контролем і при зміні показників оцінюють порушення ліпідного метаболізму.Method for estimation of disorders of lipid metabolism in experimental periodontitis by investigation of fatty acid composition of biological material lipids by gas-liquid chromatography. Investigate the fatty acid composition of blood plasma lipids and periodontal tissues, detect metabolic changes in the content of stearic, oleic and linoleic fatty acids, compare with the control and evaluate changes in lipid metabolism when changes are made.
