Abstract
The method of assessment of metabolic disorders with the patients having chronic myeloleukemia by means of studying oxidative and antioxidative systems in blood. The fatty acid composition of red blood cells lipids, also metabolic changes of content of palmic and steraic higher fatty acids and the sum of polyunsaturated fatty acids are being determined. The data obtained is compared to the standard norms, and in case of deviations metabolic disorders are assessed.
