Задача изобретения - снижение температуры обжига плитки. Технический результат достигается тем, что сырьевая смесь для изготовления облицовочной плитки, содержащая глину, каменноугольную золу, кварцевый песок, дополнительно содержит олеат натрия, карбоксиметилцеллюлозу, жидкое калиевое стекло, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас. %: глина 73,5-74,0; каменноугольная зола 10,0-15,0; кварцевый песок 10,0-15,0; олеат натрия 0,2-0,3; карбоксиметилцеллюлоза 0,2-0,3; жидкое калиевое стекло 0,5-1,0.The objective of the invention is to reduce the temperature of firing tiles. Компоненты дозируют в требуемых количествах. Каменноугольную золу, кварцевый песок смешивают, добавляют глину, олеат натрия, карбоксиметилцеллюлозу, жидкое калиевое стекло. Из приготовленной смеси (влажность 11-13%) прессуют облицовочную плитку требуемой конфигурации. На поверхность плитки напыляют слой цветной эмали и при температуре 930-970°С проводят обжиг.The components are dosed in the required amounts.
