Способ лечения субатрофии глазного яблока, включающий эвакуацию жидкости из-под отслоенного цилиарного тела, фиксацию цилиарного тела к внутренним слоям склеры, отличающийся тем, что перед фиксацией через заднюю камеру прижимают цилиарное тело к внутренним слоям склеры, а фиксацию осуществляют коагулирующим лазерным излучением, при этом коагуляты наносят через склеру по всей проекции плоской части цилиарного тела.1.
