Известен способ плаcтики дефекта после комбинированных операций по поводу местно-распространенных опухолей слизистой оболочки полости рта шейным кожно-мышечном лоскутом. Формируют на передне-боковой поверхности шеи кожно-мышечный лоскут (за счет грудино-ключично-сосцевидной мышцы), перемещают и фиксируют в зону дефекта. Цель достигается путем сохранения непрерывности дуги нижней челюсти, а для восстановления дефекта дна полости рта используется слизистый лоскут, сформированный путем отделения слизистой от наружной поверхности нижней челюсти, смещают ее книзу, при этом нижнюю челюсть укладывают в ложе кожно-мышечного лоскута в подбородочной области (после удаления опухоли) и после удаления передних зубов, начиная от 3 со здоровой стороны до 5 на стороне поражения перемещают слизисто-мышечный лоскут из ткани и фиксируют швами со слизистой оболочкой свободного края внутренней части подбородочного лоскута. Наружную выстилку формируют за счет мышц передней поверхности шеи. Электрохирургически одним блоком удаляют передне-боковые отделы дна полости рта с опухолью, частью языка, частью альвеолярного отростка, мышцами дна полости рта, подчелюстной слюнной железой с лимфоузлами до уровня подъязычной кости. Удаляют передние зубы, начиная от 3 со здоровой стороны вплоть до 5 на стороне поражения. В кожно-мышечном лоскуте подбородочной области формируют ложе путем разведения или рассечения мышц в горизонтальной плоскости, соответственно контуром перемещаемой нижней челюсти. Опускают нижнюю челюсть в ложе подбородочной области, перемещают слизисто-мышечный лоскут, сформированный из ткани щеки и фиксируют швами со слизистой оболочкой свободного края внутренней части подбородочного лоскута. Наружную выстилку формируют за счет мышц (кивательной, передних мышц шеи). Операция завершается наложением швов на кожу. The method is as follows. Образовавшийся дефект укрыт по опиcанной методике. Функция жевания, глотания восстановилась в ближайший послеоперационный период. Деформация лица не отмечена. Функция дыхания не нарушена. PRI me R. однородность тканей обеспечивает лучшее заживление, быстрое восстановление акта глотания и пищепроводной функции в ранний послеоперационный период;
