Изобретение относитс к .медицине, точнее к хирургической стоматологии. Цель изобретени - предупреждение послеоперационных осложнений и сокращение сроков лечени . Дл этого отслаивают надкостницу по наружной поверхности ветви и угла челюсти ближе к ее заднему краю. Через поверхность излома в мыщелковом отростке формируют внутрикостный канал длиной 1,5 см. По наружной поверхности ветви челюсти формируют костный желоб шириной 2,5 мм в пределах наружного компактного губчатого сло , вниз к углу челюсти . В области угла челюсти формируют внутрикостный канал длиной 1 см, вл ющийс предложением костного желоба и проход щий сквозь компактную кость нижнего кра челюсти. В мыщелковый отросток ввод т спицу Киршнера на глубину внутрикостного канала, укладывают ее в костный желоб и после низведени угла челюсти ввод т во внутрикостный канал сверху вниз нижним концом. На 2-й день после операции челюсти фиксируют в ортогнатическом прикусе.
