Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a limfotoxinei recombinate, care cuprinde construirea cu ajutorul unui DNA care codifica limfotoxina, ales dintre DNA liber de secventele netranslate, DNA liber de DNA care codifica alte proteine ale organismului din care provine, sau DNA lipsit de secventa nucleotidica de DNA natural sau RNA care codifica limfotoxina, capabil de hibridare pentru obtinerea de DNA care codifica limfotoxina, a unui vector replicabil, transformarea cu ajutorul acestuia a unei celule de microorganism sau de mamifer, cultivarea celulei transformate pentru obtinerea limfotoxinei si recuperarea acesteia din cultura în mod cunoscut. Procedeul, conform inventiei, permite obtinerea într-un mod avantajos a unei cantitati utile de limfotoxina, utilizabila în tratamentul tumorilor.
