Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui factor uman de necroza a tumorilor, care cuprinde realizarea de DNA care codifica factorul de necroza prin sinteza in vitro transcriptie inversa a m-RNA, care codifica factorul, sau prin izolarea unui DNA genomic care codifica factorul, inserarea DNA-ului obtinut într-un vector replicabil, transformarea cu ajutorul vectorului a unei celule bacteriene sau eucariote, cultivarea celulei transformate si recuperarea factorului sintetizat în cultura. Prin procedeul conform inventiei se obtine, într-un mod avantajos, o cantitate utila de factor uman de necroza a tumorilor, omogen, liber de alte proteine citotoxice, cu o activitate specifica de 10 mil unit./mg proteine, de preferinta 100 min. unit./mg proteina, utilizabil în tratamentul tumorilor.
