Karta swiateczna Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 2 grudnia 2004r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta swiateczna, przeznaczona do przesylania i do bezposredniego ofiarowywania znajomym, przyjaciolom, krewnym i innym osobom z okazji Swiat Bozego Narodzenia. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu pTzez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karta swiateczna moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z usztywnionego papieru, kartonu, kalki lub z tworzywa sztucznego.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l- przedstawia karte w widoku ogólnym w postaci zlozonej a fig.2 - pokazuje karte w postaci rozlozonej. Karta swiateczna zostala takze uwidoczniona na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.3 - ilustrujacej przedmiot wzoru w widoku od strony czolowej. Karta swiateczna wykonana z usztywnionego papieru i zgieta posrodku, ma forme okladki. Na wewnetrznej powierzchni 1 okladki jest rozmieszczony stylizowany napis 2, pelniacy role okolicznosciowych zyczen swiatecznych, pod którymi podpisuje sie nadawca lub ofiarodawca kartki. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze zewnetrzna powierzchnia 3 jest ozdobiona rysunkiem 4 i napisami 5 nawiazujacymi w swej tresci do Swiat Bozego Narodzenia. W czesci czolowej karty jest wykonany otwór 6 pelniacy role okienka o zarysie choinki lub o zarysie innych przedmiotów-symboli Swiat Bozego Narodzenia. W okienku jest widoczny oplatek 7, umieszczony w przezroczystej torebce i przymocowany do karty od wewnetrznej strony.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since December 2, 2004. The industrial design is a holiday card intended for sending and giving directly to friends, relatives, and other individuals on Christmas Day. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The holiday card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from stiffened paper, cardboard, tracing paper, or plastic. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the card in a general view when folded, and Fig. 2 shows the card when unfolded. The Christmas card is also shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 3, illustrating the design's subject matter from the front. Made of stiffened paper and folded in the middle, the Christmas card is designed as a cover. The inner surface 1 of the cover features a stylized inscription 2, serving as a special holiday greeting, signed by the sender or giver of the card. Among the significant features of the industrial design are the outer surface 3, which is decorated with a drawing 4 and inscriptions 5, alluding to Christmas. The front of the card features a hole 6, which serves as a window in the shape of a Christmas tree or other Christmas symbols.
