Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta okolicznosciowa, przeznaczona do przesylania lub do bezposredniego wreczania znajomym, przyjaciolom, krewnym i innym osobom z róznych okazji, szczególnie z okazji Swiat Bozego Narodzenia Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karta okolicznosciowa mo^e byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1- ilustruje karte okolicznosciowaw stanie rozlozonym w widoku od frontu, za s fig.2 - w stanie rozlozonym, w widoku od wewnatrz. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zobrazowany takze na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig.3 - ukazuje powierzchnie zewnetrzna scianki frontowej a fig.4 - powierzchnie wewnetrzna scianki frontowej, natomiast fig.5 - ukazuje scianke frontowa kart y w widoku z boku. Karta okolicznosciowa, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z jednego arkusza kartonu, zgietego wzdluz krawedziposrodku w forme okladki. Powierzchnia karty jest ozdobiona rysunkami i fantazyjnymi napisami, nawiazujacymi w swej tresci do Swiat Bozego Narodzenia. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na fotografiach, fig.li fig.2 oraz na rysunku, fig.3, fig.4 i fig.5 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze zewnetrzna powierzchnia 1 scianki frontowej jes t zdobiona rysunkiem 2, przedstawionym przestrzennie, nawiazujacym w swej tresci i formie do rodzaju okolicznosci, z okazji których ma byc ofiarowywana. Powierzchnia wewnetrzna 3 scianki frontowej jest zdobiona rysunkiem 2A, stanowiacym lustrzane odbicie rysunku 2. Niektóre fragmenty 4 rysunku 2 na zewnetrznej powierzchni 1 sa wypukle, zas od wewnatrz, na rysunku 2A te same fragmenty rysunku sa wklesle. Niektóre linie 5 rysunku 2 na zewnetrznej powierzchni 1 scianki frontowej sa wklesle, zas na rysunku 2A te same linie sa wypukle.Fig.1Fig.2Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 PL PLThe industrial design is a greeting card intended for sending or giving directly to acquaintances, friends, relatives, and other individuals on various occasions, particularly Christmas. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The greeting card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, or plastic. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the greeting card in an unfolded state, viewed from the front, and Fig. 2 in an unfolded state, viewed from the inside. The industrial design is also illustrated in the attached drawing, where Fig. 3 shows the outer surface of the front wall and Fig. 4 the inner surface of the front wall, while Fig. 5 shows the front wall of the card from a side view. The greeting card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made from a single sheet of cardboard, folded along the edges in the center to form a cover. The card's surface is decorated with drawings and fanciful inscriptions, alluding to Christmas. The essential features of the industrial design presented in photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and in the drawings, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5 include that the outer surface 1 of the front wall is decorated with a three-dimensional drawing 2, the content and form of which refer to the type of occasion for which it is intended to be given. The inner surface 3 of the front wall is decorated with a drawing 2A, which is a mirror image of Fig. 2. Some fragments 4 of Fig. 2 on the outer surface 1 are convex, while on the inside, in Fig. 2A, the same fragments of the drawing are concave.
