Multiobrazkowa karta okolicznosciowa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przeihyslówego trwa od 6 lipca 2005r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest multiobrazkowa karta okolicznosciowa, przeznaczona do przesylania lub do bezposredniego ofiarowywania znajomym, przyjaciolom, krewnym i innym osobom z róznych okazji. Moga to byc swieta religijne, urodziny, imieniny, rocznice slubu, zyczenia z okazji narodzin dziecka i wiele innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy K"", konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Multiobrazkowa karta okolicznosciowa moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z usztywnionego papieru, z kartonu lub z tworzyw sztucznych.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 - przedstawiajacym karte w widoku ogólnym z boku. Karta, zgodnie ze wzorem zostala zapfezentowana równiez na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie fig.2 - prezentuje karte w widoku od frontu z karnetem multiobrazkowym w pozycji 1, fig.3 - uwidacznia karte w widoku od frontu z karnetem multiobrazkowym w pozycji 2, natomiast fig.4 - pokazuje karte w widoku perspektywicznym z boku. Multiobrazkowa karta okolicznosciowa, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z usztywnionego papieru i zgieta posrodku. Ma ona forme okladki. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia karty jest zdobiona rysunkiem i napisami nawiazujacymi w swej tresci do okazji, z której ma byc ofiarowywana. Karta wewnatrz jest wyposazona w napisy o charakterze okolicznosciowym. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze do frontowej powierzchni 1 karty jest przymocowany za pomoca podkladki multiobrazkowy karnet 2, utrzymywany w niewielkim oddaleniu od frontowej powierzchn i 1, równolegle do tej powierzchni. Multiobrazkowy karnet 2 jest zaopatrzony w podwójny obraz zmieniajacy sie w zaleznosci od kata patrzenia Skierowanie wzroku z prawej strony pozwala zobaczyc obraz na karnecie 2 pozycja 1. The subject of the industrial design is a multi-picture greeting card, intended for sending or giving directly to friends, relatives, and other individuals on various occasions. These may include religious holidays, birthdays, name days, wedding anniversaries, birth wishes, and many others. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of the "K" ("K"), contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The multi-picture greeting card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from stiffened paper, cardboard, or plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, which shows the card from a general side view. The card, in accordance with the design, is also presented in the attached photographs, where Fig. 2 shows the card from the front with the multi-picture card in position 1, Fig. 3 shows the card from the front with the multi-picture card in position 2, and Fig. 4 shows the card in a perspective view from the side. The multi-picture greeting card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of stiffened paper and folded in the center. It is in the form of a cover. The outer surface of the card is decorated with a drawing and inscriptions referring to the occasion for which it is intended. The interior of the card is equipped with inscriptions related to the occasion. Among the significant features of the industrial design are the multi-picture card 2 attached to the front surface of card 1 using a support, held slightly apart from the front surface and parallel to it. The multi-picture card 2 is equipped with a double image that changes depending on the viewing angle. Looking from the right side allows you to see the image on card 2 position 1.
