Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta z zyczeniami z okazji narodzin dziecka, przeznaczona do przesylania lub do bezposredniego ofiarowywania z okazji bardzo waznego wydarzenia w zyciu rodziny jakim jest pojawienie sie jej nowego czlonka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karta z zyczeniami z okazji narodzin dziecka moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu, z tworzyw sztucznych i z materialów tekstylnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.l- ilustruje karte z zyczeniami w widoku od frontu odmiana 1, natomiast fig.2 - pokazuje karte z zyczeniami w widoku od frontu odmiana 2. Karta z zyczeniami z okazji narodzin dziecka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z jednego arkusza kartonu, zgietego posrodku, tworzac forme okladki. Powierzchnia frontowakarty jest ozdobiona rysunkami i fantazyjnymi napisami, nawiazujacymi w swej tresci do narodzin dziecka i dziecinstwa. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. A birth greeting card can be produced industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, plastic, or textile materials. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 illustrates the greeting card from the front, variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows the greeting card from the front, variant 2. The industrial design is also illustrated in the attached drawing, where Fig. 3 shows the card from the front, variant 1, and Fig. 4 shows the card from the front, variant 2. The greeting card on the occasion of the birth of a child, in accordance with the industrial design, is made from a single sheet of cardboard, folded in the middle, creating a cover. The front surface of the card is decorated with drawings and fanciful inscriptions, alluding to the birth of a child and childhood. The essential features of the industrial design variant 1, presented in the photograph, fig. 1 and the drawing, fig. 3, include the fact that a bib 2 is attached to the front wall of the card 1.
