Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie artykulów dla dzieci, znajdujace zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu wyposazenia dla dzieci, w konfekcjonowaniu zabawek, przyborów higienicznych jak równiez upominków, slodyczy, odziezy, kosmetyków i wielu innych przedmiotów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Opakowanie moze byc wytworzone w sposób przemyslowy lub i rzemieslniczy z folii oraz z usztywnionego papieru, badz kartonu.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, %1 - przedstawiajacym opakowanie w widoku ogólnym z przodu. Opakowanie artykulów dla dzieci zostalo uwidocznione takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej przedmiot wzoru w widoku ogólnym od strony czolowej. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na rysunku, fig.l i fotografii, fig.2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze opakowanie, artykulów dla dzieci stanowi torebka która w widoku od czola ma zarys pólokregu. Torebka 1 jest wykonana z przezroczystej folii. Krawedzie torebki 1 sa obszyte tasma 2. U góry torebka 1 jest zaopatrzona w uchwyt Wewnatrz torebki jest umieszczona etykieta 4, uksztaltowana w formie wycinka kola. The subject of the industrial design is the packaging of children's products, used in the packaging of children's equipment, toys, hygiene products, gifts, sweets, clothing, cosmetics, and many other items. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The packaging can be manufactured industrially or handcrafted from foil, stiffened paper, or cardboard. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, %1, which shows a general front view of the packaging. The children's product packaging is also shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, which illustrates the subject of the design from a general front view. The essential features of the industrial design shown in Figure 1 and Photograph 2 include that the packaging for children's products is a bag that, viewed from the front, has a semicircular shape. Bag 1 is made of transparent foil. The edges of bag 1 are trimmed with tape 2. At the top, bag 1 is equipped with a handle. Inside the bag is a label 4, shaped like a segment of a circle. Along the upper, arc-shaped edge, an informative verbal and graphic motif 5 extends. In the center is a stylized inscription "g." Below is Figure 7, showing the product placed inside the package after folding. At the bottom of label 4 is Photo 8. Photo 8 depicts infants. The children are depicted in various sitting poses, one next to the other. Below photo 8 there is a white stripe 2 and below it an orange stripe 10 with inscriptions 6 one next to the other, just like in the middle of label 4.
