Karta swiateczna Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 12 lipca 2005r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta swiateczna, przeznaczona do przesylania lub do bezposredniego wreczania znajomym, przyjaciolom, krewnym i innym osobom z okazji Swiat Bozego Narodzenia i Nowego Roku. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karta swiateczna moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z usztywnionego papieru, z kartonu oraz z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1- przedstawiajacym karte w widoku ogólnymz boku. Karta, zgodnie ze wzorem zostala zaprezentowana równiez na zahpzonych fotografiach, na których fig.2 - pokazuje karte w widoku z przodu z przymocowanym od frontu ozdobnym, odrywalnym karnetem, fig.3 - uwidacznia karte w widoku ogólnym z boku, zas fig.4 - ozdobny, odrywalny karnet samodzielnie. Karta swiateczna, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z usztywnionego papieru i zgieta posrodku. Ma ona forme okladki. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia karty jest zdobiona rysunkiem i napisami nawiazujacymi w swej tresci do Swiat Bozego Narodzenia i ' Nowego Roku. Wewnatrz karty znajduja sie napisy typowe dla zyczen z okazji Swiat Bozego Narodzenia i Nowego Roku. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze do frontowej powierzchni j. karty jest przymocowany za pomoca podkladki 2 bogato zdobiony, odrywalny karnet Powierzchnia odrywalnego karnetu 3 jest równolegla do frontowej powierzchni 1 karty. Odrywalny karnet 2 posiada otwór, przez który jest przewleczony ozdobny sznureczek 4, zawiazany w petelke. Po oderwaniu karnetu £ od frontowej powierzchni 1 moze byc on zawieszany na choince za pomoca sznureczka 4, zawiazanego w petelke i pelnic role ozdoby choinkowej. The industrial design is a holiday card intended for sending or giving directly to friends, relatives, and other individuals for Christmas and New Year. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The holiday card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from stiffened paper, cardboard, or plastic. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, which shows a general side view of the card. The card, in accordance with the design, was also presented in sealed photographs, where Fig. 2 shows the card from the front with a decorative, detachable card attached to the front, Fig. 3 shows the card from a general side view, and Fig. 4 shows the decorative, detachable card on its own. The Christmas card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of stiffened paper and folded in the center. It has the form of a cover. The outer surface of the card is decorated with a drawing and inscriptions referring to Christmas and New Year. Inside the card are inscriptions typical of Christmas and New Year greetings. The essential features of the industrial design include a richly decorated, detachable card attached to the front surface of the card 1 using a pad 2. The surface of the detachable card 3 is parallel to the front surface of the card 1. The detachable card 2 has a hole through which a decorative string 4, tied in a loop, is threaded.
