Abstract
Se refiere a compuestos representados por la formula (I); o una sal farmaceuticamente aceptable, un estereoisomero, y/o un N-oxido del mismo, caracterizado porque: m es 0, 1 o 2; n es 1 o 2; X es O o S; R1 se selecciona de H, alquilo-C1-C6, entre otros; R2 se selecciona de forma independiente de H, ciano, entre otros; R3 se selecciona de H, fenilo, entre otros; R4 se selecciona de forma independiente de H, halogeno, entre otros, y R5 y R6 se selecciona de forma independiente de H, halogeno, entre otros; y a formulaciones o composiciones farmaceuticas que comprenden a estos compuestos (pueden ser mezclas racemicas o estereoisomericas variadas de uno o mas de estos) junto con excipientes farmaceuticamente aceptables (segun la via de administracion). Tambien se refiere a metodos de preparacion y de tratamiento (para esto se pueden emplear tambien terapias de combinacion con uno o mas de otros agentes activos). La presente invencion es util para el tratamiento de afecciones tales como depresion y trastornos relacionados mediante la modulacion de la actividad del receptor de N-metil-d-aspartato (NMDA).
