Abstract
Se refiere a un compuesto representado por la formula expuesta, o una sal farmaceuticamente aceptable y/o estereoisomero del mismo, caracterizado porque: X es O o NR2; R1 y R2 se seleccionan de forma independiente de H, fenilo, entre otros; p es 1 o 2; R3 se selecciona de H, alquiloC1-C6, entre otros; R5 se selecciona de forma independiente de H, ciano, entre otros; y R7 se selecciona de forma independiente de H, halogeno, entre otros; y a formulaciones o composiciones farmaceuticas que comprenden al compuesto de la presente invencion (puede ser su mezcla racemica) junto a un excipiente farmaceuticamente aceptable (segun la via de administracion). Tambien se refiere a metodos de preparacion y de tratamiento (para esto se pueden emplear tambien terapias de combinacion con uno o mas de otros agentes activos). La presente invencion es util para el tratamiento de afecciones como la depresion y trastornos relacionados mediante la modulacion de la actividad del receptor de N-metil-d-aspartato (NMDA).
